Should be used sparingly and enjoyed only as an occasional treat as although this recipe is made with whole food ingredients and free from artificial preservatives, mayonnaise is still quite high in fat.
Spicy vegan mayonnaise
Spicy vegan mayonnaise, ready in under 5 minutes!
- 3 tablespoons chickpea brine
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- ¼ teaspoon ground white pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 250 mL Rice Bran oil or light olive oil
Place all the ingredients into a jug. Using a stick blender, blend for 10-15 seconds until the mayonnaise has emulsified producing a thick creamy sauce.
