Simply strawberry smoothie

The predominant flavour in this recipe is strawberries, although it is the banana that makes it deliciously creamy. The fruit is naturally sweet and so there is no need to add any refined sugars or syrups; unlike those you might purchase at a drive-through. A guilt free pleasure!

A guilt free pleasure!


  • 300 mL dairy free milk (I use coconut milk)
  • 40g frozen strawberries
  • ½ a small banana, frozen
  • 20g frozen blueberries
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract



Place all the ingredients in a food processor or smoothie maker and blend until smooth.
