Just four ingredients, simple flavours, deliciously creamy

Ingredients

  • 300 mL almond milk
  • 1 large pear, peeled, quartered and frozen
  • ½ tablespoon almond butter
  • ½ teaspoon maple syrup

Instructions

Place all the ingredients in a food processor or smoothie maker and blend until smooth.

Notes

Fibro Food Fairy Tip: Add some fresh grated ginger or replace the maple syrup for ginger syrup to add a bit of zing!
