New and improved pasta with peas in a pronto

Flavours that will make you smile

Fibro Food Fairy

Although my original version of this recipe was simple and delicious, I have modified this version as I felt that it needed a little something extra. Unlike the previous version I have opted to add some protein in the form of fresh crabmeat. You can obviously keep it vegan by adding a meat substitute such as Quorn if you would prefer. I have also added some toasted pine nuts and omitted the sundried tomatoes. For me the texture of the pine nuts adds another dimension to the recipe.

There is very little effort involved in this recipe, it is super simple and can literally be prepared in the time it takes to cook the pasta. Unfortunately, I can’t think of another adjective for delicious, except I suppose to say it’s yummy and if you enjoy these flavours it will make you smile.
