This is a lovely summery desert that is virtually effortless to make. Unlike other sorbet recipes this is free from refined sugars making it a much healthier option.

Prep Time: Less than 5 minutes Cooking Time: 15 minutes freezing

A refreshing, summery allergen free dessert the whole family can enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 200g frozen mango
  • 2 small frozen ripe bananas
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 340mL dairy free coconut drinking milk
  • 2 tablespoons agave nectar
  • 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger

Instructions

Place all the ingredients into a food processor, blender or smoothie maker and blend on high until smooth.

Remove the mixture and place in an airtight, freezer proof container and freeze for at least 15 minutes.

For a harder texture leave for a few hours.
