This takes just a couple of minutes to make. A simple blend of frozen blueberries, beetroot, apple juice and some mint.

- 40 g frozen blueberries
- 150 mL apple juice
- 150 mL water
- 6 mint leaves (optional)
Place all the ingredients in a food processor or smoothie maker and blend until smooth.
